The Executive Director of Materiálový a metalurgický výzkum, s.r.o. (MMV), Jakub Švrček, Ph.D., has been re-elected to the Board of the Association of Research Organizations (AVO). He has retained his seat for another term until 2029.

“I appreciate that I have defended my position on the board of this prestigious organization. It is an opportunity for MMV to be directly at the source of information about what is happening in the field of research, what new opportunities are being prepared, and which areas we can help address,” said Jakub Švrček.

AVO is the only association in the Czech Republic that represents applied research and development in the business sector. It represents more than 70 companies and organizations, brings together nearly 8,000 experts active in research and development, and is a respected partner for representatives of the public sector and industry in discussing key issues in this field.
