MMV announces that SMOLO a.s. became its new majority owner on 16 August 2022, thus completing the existing two shareholders BeePartner a.s. and the University of Mining and Metallurgy – Technical University of Ostrava. The entry of the new partner, a significant entity in the field of waste management in the Moravian-Silesian region, is a logical outcome of the long-standing cooperation in the field of recovery of classic industrial waste from the region.
